She is not doing that to annoy you. She thinks it's a binkie! Couple of ideas. Buy two (or more) and give her one to play with and use the other to plug up the tub. When I was there and she pulled it out, I stuffed the washcloth in the drain and it worked quite well. I hope this helps.
